    • All claims for shortages must be made within 7 days of invoice

    • Goods accepted back for credit for any reason, a restocking fee may apply as per Protrac iD Pty Ltd Terms and Conditions. All special order items cannot be returned.

    • Please include a copy of this form when returning goods. All fields need to be filled out for credit to be processed.

    • For products returned as faulty please refer to the warranty statement.

    Limited Warranty:

    Seller or its suppliers or agents are not liable for any consequential or third party damages
    howsoever arising. Seller does not warrant any system that it does not install ONLY
    component parts it supplied, which, when returned to Seller by pre-paid freight, will be
    replaced or repaired at the sole discretion of Seller if found to be defective due to component
    failure or bad workmanship, during the 12 months warranty period.
